How a player learns how to swing or throw is determined by 3 fundamental constraints; the task at hand i.e. hitting a pitched ball or throwing a baseball to achieve a specific goal; the physical and mental capabilities of the individual; the environment in which the individual practices or performs. All 3 of these constraints work simultaneously to shape how the player will swing or throw.
The 6 e-books focus on how the body acquires swing and throw movement skills, the physics, physiology and biomechanics of the swing and throw and methods for developing high level swing and throw capabilities.
These e-books contain many unique audio and visual presentations develop specifically to illustrate and convey the necessary information.

Using your SETPRO E-Book USB thumb drive using Rotational Throwing for Numbies as an example
Using your SETPRO E-Book USB thumb drive using Rotational Throwing for Numbies as an example.
- Insert SETPRO e-book USB thumb drive into USB port on your computer (Windows Operating System).
- Once the computer recognizes the USB thumb drive and you open the folder you should see one file named “setpro.exe”. This file is what is called a “wrapper” which contains the SETPRO e-book file.
- Open the client.exe and a window will open asking you for “username” and “password”.
- The name that you will enter is the label name on the thumb drive. For example, if you purchased Rotational Throwing for Numbies, the USB thumb drive name is RTFN. There is no password required so just leave it blank.
- A folder will then open up with the RTFN.exe file displayed.
- Click on the RTFN.exe file and in a minute or two the opening page of Rotational Throwing for Numbies will open.
