For 10 years from 1999 to 2009 SETPRO forums were the golden standard for swing and throw information. 95% of this information is as relevant today as it was back then. From time to time I will be either revising posts from the past that I consider relevant to developing a players swing and throw potential. If appropriate I will add additional commentary to these posts if I feel necessary for updating.

Presently only this forum "Paul's Throwing & Swing Training Tips" is accessable to the general public. As time permits I will be making further announcements as to accessibility to all of the form content.
